Bridgeville

Welcome to Bridgeville!

Bridgeville is a borough in Allegheny County located along Chartiers Creek. Once named St. Clair Township, the area originally acquired its name from Chartiers Creek and was widely known for the one bridge over the creek where people met to trade goods back in the 1800s. An old recurring saying, “Meet me at the bridge,” created an obvious name for the borough. Now one of the most beautiful places to live in Pennsylvania, Bridgeville is a true reflection of what opportunities arise when the good old days meet modern-day amenities.

Meet Us at the Bridge

Plenty of parks for outdoor activities, unique entertainment, and shopping at every turn make Bridgeville the place to be.
